Why is ninjago so popular

Whenever a kids TV show or movie comes along, they assume it is terrible just because it is for kids and do not watch it. Now if Lego does it, imagine. I thought it would be dorky and childish, but it had great characters, awesome villains, pretty cool fight scenes, heart and a couple of laughs.

The only unoriginal season was the third one, which was purely for comedy. If anyone says it is a copy of bey blade or TMNT, remind them to not judge a book by its cover.

The voice acting is great, and even Lord Garmadon, the villain, winds up being good in the end and cares for his son, showing no human is totally evil unless possessed. Overall, it is great, and though may have some one-liners, it is a kids show, what can you expect?

Also some elements are kinda dark, like the overlord, lord Garmandon and the 4 weapons and the serpentine. I have been an off again on again fan of Ninjago since 4th grade. Even though I'm older, I still come back to this show.

It's not perfect by any means, but it makes up for that in great villains like The Overlord, Morro a former pupil of Sensei Wu and Lord Garmadon. Each ninja is distinct. For a kid show, there's a great deal of emotional scenes such as when Zane Faced The Overlord in season 3 and when Lloyd had to say good bye To Garmadon when the Preiment was destroyed. The best justinns 28 January It's simply a show that both girls and guys will remember all their lives and can connect deeply with it, I know it's childish and unrealistic when you watch it but that's how a kid thinks, I still like it and I'm a grown man A great show that will keep them coming back.

It was cheesy and had poor jokes, but I didn't care because I was a kid. Now I'm older, and I keep asking myself, "Why are there ten seasons for such a simple yet entertaining show? My favorite season has got to be Season Two. My least favorite is Season Six. All in all, this is a classic show. Definitely recommend it for the kids. A fun show that will at least keep you entertained. This show has moments of inspiration but it overall boils down to no more than that - a few good moments.

For a show based off of Lego toys, it's quite an accomplishment. Though, among some of the better shows currently airing Steven universe; adventure time this show falls quite short of being good. It follows a very formulaic approach to its "gifted child has to find his path" story.

It's the poorly developed characters that sink this ship. They're all irredeemable, generic, standard issue vessels to fuel this canon. None of them show any of the complexity that you'd expect of them, and they don't leave you feeling like you need any more of it. A show with great potential that can't overcome the obstacles that it sets for itself.

ElektroBlitz 30 June Season 8 was amazing and Season 9 will be nice too! Cant wait to the the other 9 episodes of season 9! This is a wonderful show for adults and children to watch together. The imposter Season 10 was extremely disappointing. I love Ninjago so much, but now Now what will we do?

And I said: "In the future, they might end up doing this. And what I mean by "I'll end up disliking it" is if it ruins itself, which I am not saying it will, this is all just a theory who would want to watch a show they think is bad? Boy, do I know how you feel. We can't tell what will happen, but I certainly hope it will be for the better. And it's okay, I overreact all the time. That's just how it works when you have a personality disorder XD.

It is not trash, but it is certainly not a good season at all. It is boring and mediocre and imo it is the worst season Ninjago has ever had. Explore Wikis Community Central. Register Don't have an account?

Overprotective parents need to stop being overprotective It teaches morals teamwork and good quotes"we are only confined by the walls which we build are-selves" dealing with facing your fears, Personal everyone who says this this show is sexist are reaching Nya is a good role model for girls, yes she gets captured in the first episode but she becomes a valuable member of the ninja team.

Had useful details. Read my mind 2. Not too bad but My younger brothers love it, and I find it fine. But one of the things I noticed is that there is not girl without a boy. This fustrated me. But there are no single, independent females in this. Not a good message. Helped me decide. Read my mind. Adult Written by Naya13 January 23, Ninjago is the best show in the world, some people may find it 'childish' but it's actually for all ages and.

A lot of people think that ninjago is for boys only, but that's not true, I am a 13 year old teenager and I am possessed with it. The show has a lot of great messages, in each episode there's a lesson to be learnt, In the 1st episode: "never put off until tmorrow what can be done today.

Or is he different from you? There are a lot of other lessons and inspiring quotes. But it also contains some sensitive scenes like Zane sacrificing himself, Garmadon's 'death'. I would recommend this show for ages 6 and up, because it has a bit of violence but no blood or killing , but it depends on what the child is used to, my friend's brother is 5 years old and he is a big fan of it.

And I would for sure recommend it for girls too, because it shows how girls can be powerful ,too, they introduce a lot of female characters in the show such as Nya, the master of water, who defeated the Preamenint in season 5 and helped defeat Lord Garmadon and his gang in season 8 and 9 she also helped the ninja in their missions. Skylor, master of Amber, who played a big part in defeating the Anacondrai in season 4 and also helped defeat Lord Garmadon and his gang in season 9, and other Characters like Pixal, Chamille, Tox, etc To sum it all up, Ninjago is a very good show for all ages and genders.

Adult Written by Wildfire Becky January 8, Review contains spoilers Season 1: This season is very fit for pretty much any age. I know both five-year-olds and twenty-year-olds who love this season. There are many great messages, and plenty of great role models. Its villains are very serious and more realistic. The main villain is literally the embodiment of evil. The Lego Ninjago Movie features many of the same characters as the TV series, and it is far more beautiful to look at.

Like all big-screen Lego outings , it presents a zippy world made entirely out of multicoloured bricks, from characters to houses to trees to cereal boxes. Masters of Spinjitzu , on the other hand, features animated Lego mini-figures front and centre but is otherwise composed of the same cheaply executed CG backgrounds as Paw Patrol or Dinotrux, or whatever.

But where Ninjago the movie is repetitive and predictable - and relies on the voices of familiar-to-adult actors Dave Franco! Justin Theroux doing his best Will Arnett! Although it starts off slow - in the Hong Kong-esque title city of Ninjago, the wise old Seinsei Wu trains five teenage ninjas, each possessing the power to master an earthly element such as fire, ice, etc.

As show-runners Michael Hegner and Tommy Andreasen introduce hundreds of supporting characters and pile on the twists and cliffhangers, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu begins to feel like a bizarre stew of Lost , Buffy the Vampire Slayer , Five Deadly Venoms and a little bit of the forgotten-by-everyone-except-me-and-Bruce-Greenwood mids series Nowhere Man.

Despite Ninjago being aimed at the younger-than set, this is not one-and-done episodic television.
